This is probably just because the uniqueness and uniqueness of the conditions prevailing on our planet and contributing to the emergence and development of life on it can only be assumed, but cannot be proved. Nevertheless, serious scientists for many years have argued that the situation with the Earth is unique, and that one should not cherish dreams of discovering life on other planets. The Creator is now going through a peculiar phase of its development: the phase of internal self-knowledge. Cognition leading to moral perfection. That is how the Creator must achieve a level of development that will enable him to take an important step in personal evolution and experience a qualitative rebirth. But cognition and moral advancement are impossible if the mind is not involved. Only sentient beings can go this way. And this means that the appearance of such should be incorporated into the program of the internal evolution of the Creator. He cognizes himself through them, through them he perfects his Spirit. They are the force without which the Creator will never come to his transformation. Without them, the existence of the universe would not make sense. It can be said that it was for their appearance that everything was started. The Universe was “designed” by the Creator as the cradle of reason; like what was supposed to be the environment for the emergence and development of intelligent life.
And such a life exists in it. It is not only people. Our species alone would not be enough to carry out such a daunting task. Tasks, in the literal sense of the word, of a universal scale, are not only in space, but also in time. Evolution works not only on one small planet. In modern language, it is imprisoned to lead to the appearance of intelligent species – and these species appear constantly, almost throughout the Universe. Only in our galaxy can there be many thousands, if not millions. All in all, in the Universe, which, although not unlimited, is still more than we can try to imagine, there are truly innumerable numbers of them.
The universe resembles an ocean, literally teeming with life. And a significant part of this life is intelligent. Huge work is underway to perfect the Spirit. Intelligent races appear, go their own way and go into the world of the Spirit, bringing there its particles, once emanating from it and now returning back more perfect. Particles that were in intelligent beings (“aware” in the terminology of the Teaching) and who were their souls. The outgoing races are being replaced by new ones, preparing to follow a similar path, taking in themselves particles of the Spirit, in order to return them one day to the world of the Spirit more pure.
This is the path of every intelligent race, which can be called the path of its soul from light to light. All of them perform a common task. All of them – and we humans. We are one of them. This is our task, this is our way. Humanity is one of those bright sparks that together illuminate the Universe with the light of reason. By the light of the Creator’s mind shining in us, aware.
The universe is filled with life. Including – intelligent life. Its occurrence is not a rare phenomenon, not the fruit of an incredible combination of circumstances, not an exception to the rule, but just a rule, a natural regularity and inevitability. For this, the Universe was created in order to be inhabited by intelligent beings. And all its matter, energy and Spirit must eventually pass through the conscious, to be part of them.
For humanity, the existence of intelligent life somewhere besides the Earth is not yet obvious. But it will become apparent in due time. However, people have dreamed of meeting with the inhabitants of other planets since they began to see in the planets not only the lights on the firm heaven, but cosmic bodies like the Earth. So the question was born: “Is there life on Mars?”. Well, on Mars itself, maybe not. In time, we will find out, perhaps quite soon. But the dream of meeting with brothers in mind is a dream of those that are doomed to fulfillment. When will this happen? Hard to say. But it will happen, exactly. You can say the rendezvous has already been assigned. And how soon it will take place depends not only on them, but also on us.
